Allison Stanfield will discuss the evidentiary issues surrounding electronic evidence.  Today, new forms of evidence, such as email, social media and information stored in the cloud, are admitted under rules of evidence that were developed over centuries, around paper.  Allison will outline some of these issues and how the courts and legislature are dealing with them.
