Our March Seminar:

Patent Infringement and Freedom to Operate

will be presented by Manuel Schmidt, of FBRice, following the AGM.

Business leaders often ask the question of whether they infringe IP rights of other parties or have freedom to operate (FTO).  In this seminar, Manuel Schmidt, Patent Attorney at FB Rice, will explain what an FTO analysis is and what the strategies are in response to the FTO outcome.  He will also share some insights from his practice of advising Australian companies on FTO issues and the balance between costs and risks in the context of FTO.

Members and guests are encouraged to attend the AGM and our March Seminar, on 20 March.

The AGM is important because it provides you with an opportunity to hear what we have achieved to improve member services, and to participate in the planning for 2018 through contributing with the committee team.
